It’s my personal and professional growth platform - a space where I share insights, experiences, and industry knowledge that I’ve gathered over the years in event planning, management, and execution. Why The Event Corner?
After years in the world of conferences, award shows, networking events, and corporate summits, I’ve realised one thing: there is no such thing as a “perfect” event, only well-managed chaos.
I’ve been behind the scenes managing VIPs, sponsors, speakers, vendors, and all the moving pieces that make an event work. I’ve had tech glitches 30 seconds before going live, seating plans changed at the eleventh hour, and - on one particularly memorable occasion - a host missed the flight and delayed the start of the event (spoiler: the client was not very upset about it! Phew!).
